Cornbread
I pkg. of cornbread mix from Plantstrong
it takes
1/2 cup applesauce ( I make my own - peel and core apples , put them in a pot on low, cover and walk away-the apples cook in their own juices and get soft and delicious-add cinnamon-homemade applesauce:)
1 1/2 cups plant milk( I used Silk organic soy milk but I've used other and they all work)
I also added a Tbsp of flaxseed meal( I add flax seed meal in all my breads and baked goods)
And that's it! Mix well in a bowl. No blender needed. Incredible cornbread:)
