What I like to eat every morning for breakfast

So in this bowl is 5 minute Grouts, I made a mistake black beans, and kale.

Then I microwave this for 2 1/2 minutes

Then I add salsa, a lot of it(3 Tbsp):)

Then I add my vegan sour cream :)

Stir:) DELICIOUS!!!!

My body just hums on this food:)
